Braided Crown Tutorial

For the longest time I have wanted to start doing hair tutorials. I was dead set on it....I was going to do it....for all my readers...plus ya know...hair is pretty much my passion.

As I was debating on starting hair tutorials...I really kept going back & forth because of one reason....Why would anyone want to watch my hair tutorial when there are like millions of them everywhere....& they all are probably much better than mine....the devil kept telling me that over & over again. It was FEAR. Fear of no one liking it, fear of no one even watching it, (LOL) fear of not being enough.

But yesterday....I just went for it. It doesn't have to be perfect, it doesn't have to be the most liked, it doesn't even have to be watched....it's a passion of mine....& even if I only help one person feel beautiful...then it's worth it.

Whatever dreams you have....just go for it! Stop worrying about if others will like it or not....YOU are the only person that can make your dream bloom & you have to start somewhere. Whether it's big or small...just do it. & let me know when you do & I'll be your biggest fan ;)

So my first tutorial is going to be this "Braided Crown"....It looks complicated, but it's super easy....pinky promise! I probably didn't explain it well just because I really don't have techniques when doing hair. I have always just done whatever I felt like I wanted to do to my hair at the time. My hair is my canvas...I just create as I go...but I did try to get a technique down for you guys. THANK YOU so much for following me along my journey of life--it truly means the world to me. YOU & my Savior are the reasons why I have the strength to open up my story of life & let the world see. All your encouraging comments literally MAKE MY DAY! I love y'all so much.

If you recreate this hairstyle...please tag me so I can see your beautiful self! Oh & I know this was suppose to just be a hair tutorial, but I just can't help myself....Frankie just looks way too stinkin' cute on camera. Hope you didn't mind ;)

Lauren

  10. its funny you said "even if it only helps one person feel beautiful" because as soon as I started watching your video, I felt beautiful. And that sounds so strange, but that's all I can say to explain it. I felt beautiful. And I know its your sweet spirit and how giving & nurturing you are. You are such a gem.
And I loooooved this tutorial!! You do hair like a boss, honey! <3 Keep it up! I love em'.
